About Tammy Calhoun

Tammy Calhoun is a well known Realtor, mentor, & motivational speaker. She has been an industry leader & educator for close to 30 years in Southern California. She has received numerous production awards throughout her career & she is an accomplished education and motivation training facilitator for companies all over the world including Century 21, Zillow, & Toyota. Prior to opening Comstock & Calhoun Real Estate Company in 2016 with her mentor & partner Jeff Comstock, she was the Area Manager for Century 21 Hometown Realty & was at the helm of the company’s Ventura County offices. Under her leadership, Tammy brought those offices up to the top 3% echelon in California for Century 21 franchises. After the passing of her mentor/partner in 2020, Tammy stepped out of brokerage ownership and back into private practice. Her efforts are focused on servicing her personal real estate clientele as well as mentoring agents on her personal team, and she continues to educate & motivate others through her private coaching & public speaking engagements globally. In her personal life, Tammy is a devout Christian & dedicated wife of over 35 years to her grade school sweetheart Steve, & together they have 4 children. The Calhouns are very seasoned travelers & they volunteer extensively all over the world in rural impoverished communities.
