About Raini Steffen

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I used to flip through my mom’s MLS books for fun, and my family purchased our first multi-family property to flip in the early eighties. By high school, I was already helping manage several properties, and I became a homeowner in my early twenties. I moved to Ventura County from Western Colorado in 2007, and I’ve embraced my passion for DIY projects, rehab, and design. In addition to working on my own remodels, I help others transform their spaces through my business, Raini & Associates Inc., which specializes in Styling, Staging, and Design.

 

As a NAR Member, my true passion lies in working as a buyer’s agent, helping clients find homes they can make their own. I take pride in ensuring that every transaction feels like a win for everyone involved, with each client walking away confident that they got exactly what they wanted. When I’m not working with clients, I’m often volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County. Helping homeowners build their dream homes and working with the events committee on fundraising is incredibly rewarding and a cause close to my heart.
