My journey in real estate began in development and design, where I helped shape dynamic residential and commercial spaces through my work with DONTBECHI Designs in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada. That foundation in architecture, aesthetics, and spatial design instilled a deep appreciation for how a property’s form, function, and location define its true value. Earlier in my career, I also worked with KB Home, focusing on Land Acquisition and Land Development, gaining critical expertise in large-scale planning, entitlements, and community growth — knowledge that continues to inform every transaction I oversee today.
