Jay’s foundation in real estate began in development and design with DONTBECHI Designs, where he led projects in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada, transforming underutilized spaces into thoughtfully designed residential and mixed-use environments. While in Las Vegas, he further expanded his expertise with KB Home, focusing on land acquisition and land development, with an emphasis on revitalizing underserved communities and converting abandoned commercial properties into thriving residential neighborhoods.
