Having lived in Ventura for 10 years, I can honestly say I am never leaving! With extensive knowledge about local surf spots, restaurants, parks, shopping, skate parks, school, beaches, harbor, entertainment, and of course, the local real estate market, I've learned that Ventura has it all while surrounded by sun, sand, and palm trees.
