About Bonnie Stevenson

I am very excited to introduce myself! A Californian through and through, I have lived here in California the majority of my life, specifically here in Ventura County. Shortly after marrying my husband more than a quarter of a century ago, I was honored to work as a Certified Medical Assistant administrative side for Young K Lai, M.D. OBGYN. I later became his office manager, handling billing of insurance companies and all that is involved in the aspects of a smooth-running office. When my husband finished his college, we then moved to Ventura, and I worked for Buena Ventura Medical Clinic as an insurance processor specializing in Third Party Liens. During this time, I bought and sold income properties on a personal level and found much joy in the process.

 

When a business opportunity presented itself in Saint George, Utah, we packed up and spent the next few years putting up homes on lots that we had made pad-ready, and I was elected into office as the Secretary of the HOA of our housing project. At the same time, I worked for a small Mortgage Company alongside my husband. We finished our work in Saint George, and my husband and I moved to Las Vegas NV, where we became part-owners of our own Mortgage Company, which did quite well till the 2008 recession hit, and the economy, as you all know went bust, Las Vegas being one of the hardest hit cities!

 

We came back home to Ventura County, friends and family! I love love love it here! I helped on the committee that organizes the Camarillo FIESTA and have helped with the Boosters at Camarillo High School. With all my experience with home sales, I decided to get my own Real Estate License. I do what I love where I love it! So, here I am!
