About Annie Laurie

Before entering real estate, Annie spent many years working in the construction equipment industry, beginning her career at a young age and eventually serving as an office manager and sales administrator for a John Deere dealership. That background helped shape the organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and strong work ethic she brings to every real estate transaction.

Annie works with buyers and sellers throughout Ventura County and has particular experience with single-family homes, manufactured homes, and clients utilizing VA financing. She is known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to advocating for her clients throughout the buying or selling process.

From negotiations and inspections to contracts and critical deadlines, Annie understands that the details matter. Her goal is to keep each transaction organized, communicate clearly, and provide the hands-on guidance her clients need to move forward with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Annie enjoys spending time with her son, Christian, their two dogs, and continuing to tackle her next home improvement project.
