She has worked with first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, sellers, and families facing more complex situations involving short sales, foreclosures, and divorce. Alicia is a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® and a past member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). She is also actively involved in her community and has volunteered with organizations including Casa Pacifica, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, Rescue Mission Alliance, United Way, and local schools.
